If you’re a mom and you’re online, the marketing world is at your feet. After all, every company that wants to sell to kids needs to go through the moms (or the dads, but let’s face it: for the most part it’s the moms). Which is why networks like Macaroni Kid and Moms Like Me and BlogHer and others are so popular.

In the midst of all this distaff digital dissemination comes PeanutFreeMom on Twitter, a welcome dose of wickedly dry humor in the vast and ever-growing world of blogging and tweeting moms. Please to enjoy.

You know “that guy on the old Ed Sullivan Show who would spin plates”? Well, “that guy” is Erich Brenn, and here he is from February 16, 1969. I’m surprised that this act, which is such a great metaphor for modern life, hasn’t appeared on America’s Got Talent. Or maybe it has and I missed it. In any event, sorry for the commercials on the front end of this clip.
