Way before Scrubs there was Temperature’s Rising, and since today is the birthday of Cleavon Little (who died in 1992), here’s a taste of his work in that show. By the way, when Cleavon said “‘scuse me while I whip this out,” he might also have been talking about his Tony award, which he won in 1970 for Purlie.
