When you have multiple people managing a Twitter (or Facebook or anything else) account, how do you uphold transparency? How do you maintain being personal when there are multiple people feeding content into your account?

The folks over at Campaign Monitor do it right on their Twitter feed. “The team behind our tweets” is their background image, and each tweet is tagged with an ID that indicates who, specifically, made the tweet.

Simple and elegant. Excellent.
