This is a great post. It really is amazing that Twitter has taken off in the way that it has. I think the connection to Facebook status updates, both in terms of linking and the fact that people are getting used to doing it, is part of the success.

I agree – and while I have had a Twitter acct since they started I have only begun to integrate it into my world. Truth is – most of the time I am really not interested in the personal tweeting. Wish they could separate business from personal the way I do with Facebook and Linkd In. FB is personal. LI is not. It’s a thought Twitter .
