About three weeks ago, I said you’d be hearing a lot about network neutrality in the weeks and months to come. Hopefully the people lobbying for tiered service in the U.S. will pay heed to what Sir Tim Berners-Lee has to say about the issue. After all, he’s the guy who invented the World Wide Web.
