If you haven’t read this book yet, you need to. “Markets are conversations” is its pithy core, and the Internet is facilitating conversations — between customers and companies, between customers and other customers, and so on and so on — like never before in history.
Takeaway for marketers: The Internet will profoundly change the way we all do business. Be prepared or be roadkill.
