“I understand Internet culture better than most people because I've

Before entering the world of digital media, Craig spent 15 years in
magazine publishing. He’s written and/or edited hundreds of magazine
articles and nearly three dozen books on a variety of subjects. He's
developed a broad range of online and offline marketing communications
for global brands, national startups, local businesses and everything
in between.
